Hand Sensitivity Exercises
Our hands are very sensitive and they also have minor chakras in them. So I think anyone can learn to feel the energy with their hands. You just need to take your time as it may not happen right away. Just continue to practise and forget about the cultural programming telling you how this isn’t real.

1. Sit in a comfortable position, allow your mind to gently calm itself, take a few minutes to breathe deeply, when you have calmed and your breathe has become slow and even, you are ready.
2. Take the palms of your hands and briskly rub them together for 15-30 seconds
3. Place your hands in front of you, face your palms to each other.
4. Bring your hands slowly together, close as you can without touching. Feel for any sensations in your hands.
5. Take your hands apart again slowly, about 6-12 inches apart
6. Repeat them steps a few times, bring your hands in feel for anything, then apart. You could experience pressure/thickness/tingling/warmth/buzzing/pulsing and others.
7. What you feel is real, its not your mind so do not worry, allow yourself to accept this
8. You may feel nothing, this is fine, it might take a few tries, also you may feel something different to what is said above, that is also fine, everyone is different. You can’t fail.
9. If you do feel something take a note, try and explain what it is you have felt.
